Users can access and utilize the app on a one-time purchase basis for each service needed.

Our services are primarily aimed at real estate professionals and anyone seeking to photograph properties at a professional level using just a smartphone.
4. Data Handling and Privacy
Your data will be used to enhance the quality and user experience of Ovvy. We will not publicly display your information without your consent, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5. User Obligations and Conduct
Users are expected to use the Ovvy app in good faith. Misuse of the app or its features may result in account termination. Ovvy can terminate an account for any reason.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All data generated by users and by Ovvy LLC is the intellectual property of Ovvy LLC.
7. Termination and Suspension of Accounts
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse of offers, defamation of Ovvy LLC, or any reason deemed necessary by Ovvy LLC.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Users are eligible for the Ovvy Guarantee, covering refunds and cancellations under specific conditions. Ovvy offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Qualifying dissatisfied users may receive a full refund and a complimentary reshoot by a professional photographer, subject to terms. Users must prove they used Ovvy properly and had a previous professional photographer. Refunds only take place within the Ovvy Guarantee.

Ovvy LLC is not liable for any third-party services, links, APIs, or SDKs integrated into the app.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
